What is your return policy?

Although we do not accept returns of our product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any

reason, email us at talleys@talleyssoapco.com and we will help you out! We want each customer be

100% satisfied with their purchase!

 

What are your shipping options?

Our shipping rates are based on total cost of your order. It is as follows:

            Up to $30- Shipping is $7

            $30-$100- Shipping is $12

            Over $100- Shipping is Free!

 

Do you ship to any other country besides the United States?

Currently, we only ship to the 50 states and to military APO/FPO addresses. We do hope to add other countries as our business grows in the future.

 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow us a 3 business day processing time. There may be times during holiday seasons that shipping times will be slightly longer. If your order isn’t shipped within 5 business days, please email us at talleys@talleyssoapco.com and we will look into why your order isn’t shipped.

 

Can I make any changes to my order?

Yes! If you email us at talleys@talleyssoapco.com before your order is shipped, we can make the changes for you.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Bowdoin, Maine, surrounded by beautiful pine, oak, maple, and an abundance of wildlife. We make all our products right in our home. We do not have a store front, so our products can be purchased online or at various craft fairs we participate in throughout the year.

 

Do you offer discounts?

We do discounts from time to time, such as during the holidays and special events. We also offer a veteran discount to all who served in our armed forces. To get your veteran discount, email us at talleys@talleyssoapco.com with what branch you served in and what your highest rank you attained was, and we will send you a personalized discount code to use for your order.

 

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We strive to use ingredients that are as natural as possible. Some of our fragrances are synthetic but they are derived from natural sources. Our ingredient labels will tell you if it is a fragrance oil or an essential oil. All our flavor oils in the lip balms are natural based oil that are certified for lip use. We also use some botanicals, such as oats or orange peel, to add exfoliation to soaps. All of our colors are achieved by using natural micas and clays. Everything is dye free, phthalate free, paraben free, petroleum free, and sulphate free. We believe skin health is of utmost importance and should not be compromised with harsh chemicals.

 

Why do you use tallow?

Do you support any charities or non-profit organizations?

We do support our local church. We don’t give regularly to other charities, but from time to time donate to veteran causes such as Wounded Soldier. We may at times do a charity drive, where a percentage of profits will go to a specified charity at that time.

 

Where can we learn about upcoming deals and changes?

Any changes and deals we offer, we inform our customers in various ways. We send out emails to our subscribers of our website, we post on our Facebook page, and we also have a fan page on Facebook called Talley’s Soap Fans, https://www.facebook.com/groups/6803247699730770,  Join our fan group today and receive a 15% discount!
